Initial 30-minute call to take you through a series of questions to understand your goals and make sure we’re the right fit for each other. No commitment. Let's just see how we can help you.
If we determine you need a marketing strategy, we’ll continue on the process outlined below. If you need fractional CMO services, then we’ll continue that conversation to refine the scope and services.

Following our discovery call, we will provide a brief Marketing Consulting Statement of Work to ensure mutual understanding of the goals, expectations and deliverables.

If we determine we're aligned on goals and expectations, then we'll execute a Marketing Consulting Agreement. Services are offered as a 60-day consulting project, with 75% due at time of signing and 25% due prior to final deliverable.

To kick off the consulting project, we’ll take a deep dive into your existing strategy and data. Whether you're starting from scratch, looking for help identifying gaps and opportunities, or somewhere in between, we’ll take a tailored approach based on your company’s current stage and marketing maturity. The audit may include: current and past marketing initiatives and results; business and marketing goals; and marketing infrastructure and tool integration. Please note: we’ll request access to all of your marketing tools and platforms so we can analyze the data.

To accompany the data audit, we’ll request meetings with members of your team to understand the human side of your business that the data cannot tell us. This could be anything from priorities and processes, to available talent and resources. This engagement is a two-way street - the more access you provide us to your team and data, the better the resulting strategy.

Our audit and team member interviews will inform our work on your marketing strategy. Please note: the audit and interview process will likely be iterative - more questions will arise as we learn more about your team, infrastructure and processes. We’ll ask for your help with timely responses and feedback to fill in any information gaps.

Sixty days from the start of our engagement, we’ll deliver your custom marketing strategy, with an outbrief to the team of your choosing. Following this presentation, we will incorporate feedback through one round of edits to the marketing strategy, as appropriate. Then the real fun starts - we turn the reins over to your team to implement the strategy and start seeing the results!
